Who We Are

Since 1940, Forked Deer Electric has grown from a few employees providing electric service to less than 800 members to a cooperative that includes more than 10,000 members, over 1,300 miles of electric lines and with over 40 employees.  At Forked Deer Electric we like to say we are dedicated to carrying out the cooperative's mission of providing reliable and affordable electric service and now eighty years later we continue to strive for that goal in our rural electric program.
